I bought this to break off a luggage padlock for which the key was lost. This worked just fine for that, and on several thicker wires. Has not been tested on thicker bolts yet.

These bolt cutters get the job done. They are not super impressive at all, bare minimum. They also have a limit to how thick the metal/bult can be if its going to be cut. Overall, mediocre. It'll get the job done, not the best but low cost. They are easy to use, they are durable, and an ok size (maybe a little small). They are fast as long as you cut something that isn’t too thick

I have found that the cutting sissors only open wide enough for 9 or 10 gauge wire, but it will cut it through even if it is highly tempered steel. Works and cuts on welded wire fencing and steel wire rolls. I have not used it on small diameter bolts.
