Product is missing plug! This is NOT mentioned in the headline of ad and is VERY MISLEADING! DO NOT buy this product as you will be forced to go out and buy a plug or have unit wired.

This is really a 5 star, I just dont like that it doesn't have a power off button. If you leave something on top of it someone could turn it on by accident. It heats even all the way. Very easy to clean, I even burnt cheese on it and came right up. Great design and gets hot fast.

Came without a plug 🔌, without instructions indicating the necessary voltage and on what plug to purchase and how to install it in order to connect and use the Griddle, therefore although I bought it a few months ago I haven't been able to use it.

You should be aware this is meant to be hard-wired into your system. If you don't want to do that, there are workarounds that are not difficult, but definitely require some work. I won't get into the details, but I'll say I happen to have a 30amp breaker in my panel on a dedicated line that wasn't being used so tieing in was pretty easy for me.It heats up quickly, cleans up easily, has seemed to take seasoning well. Temp has been consistent from day to day usage, no discernable difference in food quality. Has moved into daily use category at my house.

I like the performance of this unit. The instructions had no information regarding wiring (hard wire required, no plug provided). The label on the unit itself is so bad that it actually references refilling the sugar water.

This is a nice grill, but it comes with NO plug and it pulls to much power to work in most homes. I bought it for my restaurant and it still keeps tripping the breaker if I use both sides of the grill.
