Used it for drilling through an ICF (concrete) wall of my house. The bit goes through 6" thick concrete in about 5 minutes using a wall mounted drill also from Vevor. I drilled so far around six 2inch holes.I hit some rebar and the bit still goes through it, you juste have to go slowly and make sure there is lots of water to cool it down. The bit is plenty long, it was able to reach throught the total wall thickness of 12 inches.One the cheapest priced core drill bits I could find available and it performs the task as intended. It seems well constructed. Definetly worth the price over renting one for probably the same amount. There appears to be two common sizes of threaded connection ends, this one is the larger 1-1/4"-7 threads.I'm not sure why it includes the small diamond grinding disc, but I didn't use it. It is only around 2.5inch diameter.There is also a paper manual inside the bit that I didn't see until after I drilled my first hole.

This is crap. I burned up a new hammer drill trying to cut through concrete and they are calling this a diamond drill bit! This is not even carbide it’s crap. Don’t waste your time and money. They calling it diamond to get you to buy it. Don’t

If you need to punch a hole through ceramic tile, brick or concrete, this is your saw.It does come with a pilot drill, but keeping it aligned precisely can be a problem. What I did was use wire between the teeth to hold the bit in the center. I used a 1/2” cordless drill and had a constant trickle of water into the cavity I was drilling. This kept the bit clean and cool.I keep up with my reviews and will revisit this one should the need arise.I give this hole saw my Big-Foot “Stomp” of approval and 5 stars!
