The gun rack is fine but there was a broken part. Unable to contact seller, Amazon is only offering a refund. I just want a replacement part for the broken part. Why is this seemingly so impossible to arrange??

Le montage s avère délicat car le sens d ouverture de la trappe est inversé par rapport photo et notice. Par ailleurs, aucune visibilité ou repère pour ajuster les vis transverses : des tetons de positionnement seraient les bienvenus pour éviter les décalages car celles ci s enfoncent sans forcer hors des avant-trous. Barre de blocage peu fiable avec ce montage via 2 tiges métalliques qu il est facile d extraire sans ouvrir la trappe : flexibilité du bois. Bref, pas une qualité extraordinaire. Un prix 20% moins élevé me semblerait plus adapté

Prodotto decisamente buono, ottimo materiale anche se con qualche segno, ma nulla di tragico Unico appunto hanno invertito i pezzi 4 e 5 infatti la chiave poi sta sopra. Per il resto tutto ok

Sides, top, and lower back fit just fine. When I went to put the bottom on, the locking slot was on the left as shown in instructions and matching the top, the slot for the lock was on the bottom. Then, when installing the top and front of the storage compartment, when the locking slot was correct the key was on the inside. This was not I'm an idiot problem, I double checked the instructions they were very simple and tried every combination of ways to install the parts so that they would work but it was impossible. Spent all morning changing hinges on the door, turning the lock around and milling a slot in the bottom for the latch on the door to work. Had to drill a hole for the locking bar as well as it stuck out the bottom about 5 inches and didn't fit the top. Must have been cut out and drilled by a blind man. If I had of known I would have to change every piece of the bottom and storage area I would have returned it, but as it is i have the tools and knowledge to make it right. Only good thing about it is that it sets solidly on a shelf without being attached to the wall which I will do.

Having to send this back and get a replacement as it’s heavily scratched. Hopefully the next one will be better

I have 3 rifles standard size i wanted on the wall. The images are definitely photo shopped.we purchased this as it looked the part. The image would suggest longer enough for air rifles. Well all I can say is it's cheaper than pallet wood and parts missing, no contact from seller. Just appalling throughout. Shocking. I can not display 3 rifle due to it being so way to small. AVOID AT ALL COST there must be a better manufacturer somewhere.
