Decided to remodel our kitchen and remove the old cabinet microwave combo and build and actual range hood, so went with this unit for the project. Great product, super easy to install, nice and quiet. The lights are nice and bright and the unit moves some really good air. Definitely would recommend to others especially for the price.

The product arrived and the remote wouldn’t work, asked that they will send a new one and they did, still don’t work, changed battery, nothing help- probably the issue is with the product not receiving the signal. Eventually they sent me a new product in exchange for the defected one. This time it’s worked perfectly! Thank you :)

No se puede encender el ventilador a la velocidad anterior:Recuerda dónde lo configuró por última vez cuando presiona el botón de encendido; debe presionar más o menos para ir por encima de la última configuración o por debajo y luego volver a la última configuración.No puedo ver ni sentir los botones:Es difícil ver dónde están los botones en el panel o sentirlos es imposible.No puedo apagar el ventilador sin apagar la luz:Cuando el ventilador y la luz están encendidos y tocas el botón de encendido, no solo se apaga el ventilador sino también la luz.Aparte de eso, la calidad parece ser bastante buena.

We got this and installed it professionally. It worked great but after about 6 months, it started to malfunction by turning off randomly when in use. Now it doesn’t turn on at all.We have had it installed for a little over a year.Our last one lasted over 15 years and was still working when we removed it for our remodel.This one looks beautiful, but definitely did not stand the test of time. Maybe we got a dud, but from our experience with the one we received, this hood vent is not worth the cost and I would not recommend.

Very disappointed. There’s no way this fan is moving air at 900 CFM. It will not move a facial tissue when placed up to the removable panels. I work as a chef and I have a decent knowledge about hoods.Correction! I found the problem after investigating the section above the hood. The person who installed it fastened the two sections together with screws, which were above the exhaust flaps that prevented them from both opening. Simply removed them and used aluminum tape to fasten the section and the fan draws a tissue to it on setting one.

Very pleased with this vent. The light is actually usable and can see with it. The fan noise is not that loud in my opinion in any of the settings, it does pull quite a bit of air on the 3rd setting to even hold a paper towel to it. Easy to install in my new build.

Original Review:I was excited for this range hood. I got it installed. Tested the fan. Worked great. Tested the lights…. Nope! Lights are not working. How are you going to make this right, Vevor, or do I just have to return it to Amazon?Update: 9-13-2023I realized that I can't just simply send the hood back since it's not a Prime item. I've reached out to Vevor's customer service a few times now. It takes 24 to 72 hours to hear back from them each time. They believe the issue is a bad transformer and are sending me a replacement. I asked them for instructions on how to replace the transformer and they've sent me a short video showing someone in their warehouse ripping one out, but not showing how to put the new one back in. We'll see how this goes once I get the new transformer. It looks like it just clips in? I'm really hoping I don't have to solder.Update: 9-29-20231 star to 5 stars for how the customer service team handled this issue to make it right. Then sent me everything I needed to fix the lights. The new transformer easily plugged when connecting to the lights and the board. The sent me a followup video showing how to plug the transformer in. Because the Transformer hadn't arrived by the time they had originally said, they took the initiative to send me a whole new range hood as a replacement. I didn't ask for the replacement, they just sent it. The new tranformer came a day before the replacement range hood, so I tried that first and it worked. I wrote to them letting them know that I hadn't opened the shipping box the replacement range hood came in and asked what they'd like me to do with that. I was expecting them to have me ship it back, which I would have been happy to do. They wrote back saying I didn't haven't to do anything as long as the issue was resolved. Problems are going to happen. What really matters is how sellers respond when there's a problem. Vevor is top notch.The range hood itself is great! The suction is strong. The lights are bright. I like how the controls are physical buttons, so I can easily see their profile and know what I'm pressing instead of having to lower my head to look up at what I'm pressing. I'm 6'3" so, that might not be an issue for shorter people. Much better for me than the touch sensor buttons that are flush with surface. I also like that screws that hold the bottom face on are on the sides, rather than on the front and back. This means you don't see them, and the range hood is very clean and sleek looking.
