Nice smooth functionality.Solid rails bend pretty easily but not an issue if supported correctly.Dust in the bearings may become a problem but am working on a fibrous washer to help with thisUsed on a router planer table for odd wood shapes.

The rails came quickly and the precision of the rails made it easy for me to build the flattener for my live edge boards and the end grain cutting boards. Great product, and price for my use!

This was a reorder of an earlier purchase of linear rails and bearing blocks. The first set of rails/blocks were used for making a router sled. This set of rails/blocks were also well made. The only difference was this set of bearing blocks were threaded for M-5 bolts, about 12 mm deep. The first set of bearing blocks were sized for M-6 bolts (assuming same depth).There is no problem with that, just be aware there may be a difference. All the bearing blocks use an Allen wrench bolt for locking the blocks to the rail.

The only thing that I can complain about was the ups driver who threw the package on the floor sounded like something fell off the roof into my building .I just got to first floor as he was walking out with his cell phone at he ear !

Bearings are a bit rough. Rail is straight and true until the end screws securing it to the rail. The rail bends up a little on both ends. Side to side is good.
