I have bought 2 of these, a red and a blue one. They're kind of cool with the collar, but it's transparent if you're out in a bright area. It feels almost like one of my Khaki slacks. So I threw them in my washing machine with a cloth softener and got them to a point to it feels like a cotton bed sheet. I did use the red one for an anime convention as Shiny Chariot. It worked well, It was breezy that day, so it was flying around a lot. Overall it's meant for costume, not warmth.

The cloak appears to be heavy duty and of good material, but it's actually thin and very see through. Not what I was wanting.

Product in image clearly shows a collar. THERE IS NO COLLAR. It is a hood only. Total waste of time and energy spent that could have been easily alleviated with honesty and transparency.
