Got this knife for processing deer after watching the bearded butchers. I had heard multiple sportsman brag on the victorinox knives previously. I bought this more expensive boning knife alongside a dexter knife the same size. The Victoriniox knife seems to hold the edge longer than the other knifes I am using and I dont have to sharpen as often. It feels good in the hand and works well. Comes razor sharp and ready to use.

Nice hand feel. Very sharp. Good size. I think I need more of these.

Love the knife - it's quite sharp and easy to use. My only problem is that I like to see how far the blade extends into the handle. If it ends at right inside the handle, it might break with time.

Very sharp, fits my hand great and the handle is textured just right so it doesn't feel like it's gong to slip out of my hand. It did a great job trimming a full brisket.

I ordered this knife after returning a Chicago Cutlery 62SP due to poor quality. The blade is very sharp and has nice mid-level flex. The handle is super comfortable. I've never owned a knife that didn't have a full tang and riveted handle. I hope it holds up. For now it is a joy to use.

I bought this knife after scouring the internet for a week. I read countless reviews/ reddit posts /top ten lists looking for the best knife set that the least amount of money could buy. I ended up picking out a few individual knives and a separate knife block instead, this being the cheapest of the bunch I wasn’t expecting it to be a life changing tool. And I’ll admit I was disappointed when this showed up and I pulled out the vinyl sheathed knife rolled up in some bubble wrap. I figured it was a 30$ mistake. But let me tell you, I decided to try it out tonight, and use it to cut up a chuck roast for stew. WOW (as much as I loathe this expression) it really did cut that meat like butter. I’m beyond impressed, Instead if dreading cutting up those large cuts of meat I’m actually looking forward to the next meal I need this for! And I’ll definitely look twords the swiss army knife makers next time I have a knife I want!So if your reading this just click that buy it now button and thank me later. And yes the handles looks like cheap plastic but it feels good in the hand and has a fantastic grip because of the texture.

This was the exact boning knife that my boyfriend had been looking for, for years! I gave it to him for his birthday, and he's so pleased with it!

It is easy to handle with my small hands. I use this to bone out for chicken.
