We needed a sharp paring knife for our summer cottage. This one is great! Other Victorinox knives (smaller paring knife, small serrated knife, chef's knife) are all well used and still going strong. We'd buy any of these again, either for the cottage -- where kitchen equipment is shared and tends to be heavily used or misused -- for home. Highly recommend!

victorinox paring knife. I had bought one of these on a recommendation from a friend as an excellent budget paring knife and just bought another. Even though they all seem to look alike this out performs my other cheap paring knives. I have several as they go dull and wanted backup these victorinox stay sharp balanced and just work better. Red easier to find.

This is my favorite knife for floral design work. It takes a long time for this blade to dull and sharpens easily when it does. It's lightweight and easy to hold. The best thing about it is that, unlike the smaller standard floral design knives, this blade is long enough to cut through a standard size block of floral foam. Well worth the few extra dollars!

Vale il suo costo. Uso da anni questo marchio e nello specifico questo prodotto è ottimo. Taglia bene per qualche anno e poi tende ad essere un po meno affilato ma basta usarlo poi per la frutta. Taglia carne, formaggio anche a pasta dura, frutta, verdura in modo ottimo ovviamente in proporzione alla lunghezza della lama. La plastica del manico non si rovina nonostante gli anni in lavastoviglie con programa a 70°.
