If you believe, He will be the best realtor ever !!!We had our statue of St. Joseph at our past two homes we sold. I didn't read the instructions on the tin and bought this in the hope of purchasing (not selling) a house. Didn't work - I bought another one, LOL! Still, that's not St Joseph's fault - he really is a powerful saint!

I was skeptical when a friend told me to use this statue to sell our house. It had been on the market for a few months and things just kept not working out. Followed the instructions on the internet and we found out the next day we had a great offer. Chance or not, it was worth the few dollars. Will be keeping for possible future use :)

I have used a St. Joseph statue in the past to bury for house selling and have gotten great results. However, this time I bought it to use as a cake topper. As children growing up in an Italian family we always celebrated St Joseph’s day with a cake for my brother Joe. This year I decided to recreate the experience.
