They are well made and arent so bad to make work in an LS1 turbo swap. Compressor fits snag to engine. Came as a complete pair

I combined these brackets with a flat plate to make a custom mount for a 1963 Rambler 195.6 cu in 6-cylinder in my 1963 Rambler classic 660. If a 70+ year old with arthritis and joint replacements can do it while recovering from cancer surgery, so can you! Tools/ supplies needed: these brackets and steel flat plate, nuts/ bolts/ washers, tape measure, hacksaw, drill, arc welder with 3/32 E6011 weld rods (6), paint finished bracket to taste. My application had to have the oil filter mount and fuel pressure regulator moved from drivers side of engine to passenger side, and positioning was critical to clear steering gearbox, alternator, lower radiator hose/ water pump outlet, and battery, all of which share the drivers side of a narrow engine compartment. Cut-tack weld- trial fit had to be repeated multiple times before I found the exact sweet spot, but the brackets have perfect geometry for the compressor, and precision cut, no burrs. Everything fits and works great now. I dont think it would have gone well without these as a starting point. You won't be disappointed.

Nice item for building a custom sander bracket to go onto my Mercedes on617 motor. However the picture and description show two brackets, only one arrived. So I processed a return and received another box..... with only one bracket. ANYONE buying this item will need two brackets (as the description states). So why am I being charged twice?? At $66 x2, I would have gone a different route.
