Poor instructions, even poorer machining work. The instructions show a derailleur that is different than what shipped. The youtube assembly video shows the correct pieces but is lightning fast (think 30-45 seconds per step) and makes the assembly appear flawless and easy. It is clear the derailluer mount was designed for a different model, as there is a tooth on both the frame and derailleur that is supposed to allow the derailleur to lock in place, but the teeth/bolt hole is a few mm off meaning the teeth wont lock properly. Almost completely stripped the derailleur bolt in the process of assembly, soft weak garabe alloyed metals on critical parts. Would not recommend.

Don't Buy you have to put it totally together maybe you can do it in a few days and if the parts in the box will fit.
