Liked that it works as expected. Disliked that the driver was not included with package.

This card is a replacement for an almost identical card I used for several years to enable a second monitor. That card worked extremely well, & I was glad to learn that It was still available when the original finally shorted out. I was somewhat concerned after taking the new card out of its packaging to see that is was slightly larger with some visual format changes. However, it fit perfectly in my CPU, as did the original, & was instantly recognized. The second monitor performs perfectly. I am not a gamer, but use graphics capability as normal user.

I really wanted this card to work. At this point, no one should be using a card like this for 3D. Some people could use it to add a missing port or run a sign. I was wanting to use this to offload my display to a second card, so my primary card could be dedicated to compute or VMs. It's only 19W, needs minimal cooling, and it's silent.Unfortunately, it breaks streaming videos with rendering glitches. Frames are rendered out of order and audio desyncs. It causes weird UI latency for video players on several sites. It breaks videos in h264 (which it should support) and VP. It breaks in multiple browsers with different rendering engines. It breaks with acceleration enabled or disabled. It breaks at high and low resolutions at both 30 and 60 fps.The same system with a different GPU has no issues even with hardware acceleration disabled (decoding by the CPU instead). So this isn't being caused by an underpowered system.Perhaps it's specifically a Linux driver problem, but the proprietary drivers the seller mentions to download in the QA section don't work with any recent enough distro to be secure or supported. The open source drivers for this card have a good reputation for being stable and well-maintained, so it seems less likely that they would be the cause. It makes me wonder whether the manufacturer has made some tweak to the firmware that conflicts with specific driver versions.
