I have used this item since I was a kid , unfortunately the silver tappers need a little help with some super glue to stay in place. After that no problem. Use it to sperate ice cubs all the time

This ice crusher will not work on anything but the smallest ice cubes. If it is used on even moderately sized ice cubes the metal center pieces will fly off. It comes in a three pack. The first two broke immediately. I will order another set just for old times sake. I used to like this product when it worked in ancient times.

Two of the three "mallets" broke on the first use. The first one had one of the silver disks pop off and the second one had both sides pop off. I am returning this product and do NOT recommend it.
