13 pockets surely is a lot for one of these folders, but i chose this specifically because it had so many. design itself it not bad, i do not mind the yellow with the main black color. i use this to store my mini art prints around the A3/A4 size and it gives me wiggle room to work with while making sure the folder isn't too big for it. the clasp is secure enough and i do like having my prints separated and sorted, so for around 9 dollars this is a good product.

This expandable file is as good as any I have owned, and a good value. It comes with blank labels you can write on and insert into clear tabs, but I am not using them because I can easily locate contents by inserting pre-labled manila folders, purchased separately, into file pockets. I carry 2 of these, one for personal dics and one for work docs, in my work from home or office briefcase. They really help keep things organized.
