Purchased for my 14 year old son. It serves its purpose but I wish it was heavier weight. He throws a bit harder and doesn’t do a great job of staying in place but it is serviceable when he doesn’t have a catcher. All in all, not bad. Shipping was quick.

My boyfriend is a private softball pitching coach and has his students use this to practice control of the ball when pitching. Easy to assemble. we do put sand bags on the feet of the frame for extra weight.

My son is working on being a pitcher for his team and is always looking for a way to practice more at home. This 9 hole pitching net is ideal for him as it is light, easy to set up, and performs well . The net consists of a metal frame that is then covered by a single piece net. The net is secured to the frame with rope around the perimeter through the eyelets. This puts tension on the net and holds it in place. From my looking online, this seems to be the same type of design most of these nets take. The net comes with ground stakes to anchor the net during pitching and a storage bag to keep it safe when not in use.Build quality is nice and I think it will hold up well. There is no padding on the metal frame so keep that in mind as a ball hit of the frame could bounce funny. I might add some foam to this to just provide a little more structure to the net.Overall I am very pleased with this and as it has height adjustment I will be using this as well to work on pitching mechanics and overall throwing accuracy.

I'm actually super impressed by this pitching net! It arrived to us very quickly and came with all the proper pieces and hardware. There was no damage to anything up on delivery. The instructions were very clear and easy to read so it took my husband no time to get this fully put together and ready to use. I was very impressed by how sturdy the base is. This does not easily wobble around. It is definitely firmly planted on the ground! This is perfect for our daughter's softball pitching practice space in our backyard! All of the measurements matched up perfectly so it fit exactly in the space I had for it. This works super well for what it is and she loves that she can practice her pitch without having to go chase the ball halfway through the yard. This works super well to catch the ball so you can easily get it out and keep pitching. This is a great value for your money especially if you regularly pitch! Very sturdy very well made. The net is made out of high quality materials and does not seem like it would easily rip! Worth every penny for sure! Solid 10 out of 10
