The perfect size and color quality are great. I wish the pin backing were closer to the pin to keep it from spinning while you're wearing it, but I have quickly found a solution to that by putting a small square of cardboard on the back.

The pin ships in a tiny zip lock bag. At first I want sure of what it was. The pin itself is small, but standard size, and really well made. The colors are almost pearlescent, they have a pearl glow to them. It looks really good.
