Took this on a trip with the kids and just got back to a power outage and we love it!Cons - on the heavier side; takes a long time to charge via outlet; cable are short - wish this also had a strap to hold onto your device, but having the cables built in while traveling saved us from having to dig in our bags for longer cables so honestly I didn’t even think about grabbing another cable to use; feels a little loose in outlets and you need one with plenty of clearance under it (my mom’s kitchen counter the outlet is sideways and this wanted to flop forward a bit so I had to push something g up against it to hold it closer to wall to charge).Pros - outweigh any cons. Looking back I see that it’s supposed to charge faster with a USB cable which I didn’t realize, I just plug it into the wall - not all of these portable chargers have that feature, I absolutely love that because this makes it really handy if you forget the wall plug piece (and I also don’t have to deal with USB versus USB-C plug ends which I am dealing with as I am trying to switch more over to USB-C instead of USB-A and have some of both with the different wall plugs). This fully charged up my phone, my daughter‘s phone, and was still over 30%. It does take a while to recharge plugged into the wall, but our phones were charged to the point where we didn’t need it while it recharged. Bought this for my son for Christmas so we haven’t had it that long, but haven’t used as much. Seems to hold its charge a long time, I hadn’t plugged it in for a while before we left in my son had used it and it was still nearly fully charged when we grabbed it for the trip. I specifically picked this one because it also has a micro USB option, lightning, cable, and the USB-C cable. Micro USB my son has his insulin pump and also my mom had an older device we were able to charge on it unexpectedly. We are still on the older iPhones with lightning cables, otherwise this would be better with two USB-C cables, but they are short so you couldn’t really have two people using their phones at once on it, and USB-C is great for everything else now.We got back to a power outage and it was on 70% from charging my phone on the drive home - charged up 2 phones overnight and it’s still at more than 30%. On the cruise, the boys were running around everywhere and they use the heck out of this all week sharing between them, I doubt they ever really plugged it back into the wall. Based on my usage, I would say this can get you through at least 48 hours or more depending on how heavily you use your devices.High quality, great value, very much appreciate that we had this on our trip and didn’t have to deal with dying phones. I am looking into some sort of strap to attach it to my phone just to make carrying it around easier because it does become very bulky when you have them together, although with men’s pockets, my son didn’t have any problem, putting it in his pocket with his phone, women’s jeans they didn’t want to fit together in my back pocket.

So far this is working great, display is nice and being able to just plug into wall is very useful. Also like that it has most common adapters build in so need to go looking for them.I'm using this in my Dog Door project, which I've built to accept 12V and it provided that no issues.

This charger is by far the best charger I’ve ever had! I absolutely love the ability to see the percentage of the charge, the ability to charge in the wall, the battery life it holds, and last but not least, how quickly it charges an electronic! These chargers are a little bulky, but it’s absolutely worth the extra weight to ensure you get a quick, full charge for more than 1 item. They come in many colors and are durable. I love this item so much, I have gotten several of them for myself and for family.

I was recommended this charger by another parent. Its battery life and charging ability are perfect. It was a great price compared to other similar products of similar mah. The carrying case is convenient and helps protect the product. It's perfect for a purse or small bag and doesn't get in the way.

Charges my phone multiple times and still holds power for days. Compact enough to carry in a small bag or pocket without adding bulk. Great for travel, emergencies, or long days out—very reliable and worth it.

This is a great charger until it stopped working about 6 months in. It still charges itself perfectly but will no longer charge my iPhone with the attached cable. We had the same problem with the 10000 mAH charger prior to this. I’ve tried finding a way to contact customer service to see if there is a way to reset the chargers but haven’t had luck yet.

I can’t even count how many times this thing has saved myself and my family. First things first: You charge it by plugging it into a wall. That means you don’t have to find a cord and a block to plug it into! Flip the prongs down, and bam it’s charging. Second: it lasts FOREVER. I can charge so many things with a full battery. Third: it has 3 different cable options! AND THEY’RE ATTACHED! Plus, there’s also a USB port if you need to plug in anything else! My kids are rough on this, so eventually the cord may stop working like mine. It’s been over a year of using this thing and it was bound to happen. But I just plug a short cable into the usb spot and they’re good to go! For the price, you cannot beat buying this. I tell everybody about it and am always questioned where I got it. It is a little bulky, but that has never bothered me. It also does take awhile to fully charge, but I usually just plug it in before I go to bed and depending on how low charged it was, it’s usually ready to go by the morning. I will be purchasing one for each of my kids for Christmas and my mom!!

I purchased this power bank to replace my old bank that could plug into the wall and my other bank that couldn’t.I was looking for something that could charge my switch on the go without having to carry a separate cable.I originally found the 10,000mAh one and then saw that this 20,000mAh one was $15 off, making it around $7-$8 more than the 10,000mAh one, so why not go for the one that carries double the charge.This power bank is thick and it is heavy, but seeing as it is to hold a lot of charge for a long time, the size and weight of it is pretty good. You probably won’t notice it in your tote bag or backpack, but would probably notice it in your pocket, fanny pack or smaller purse/bag.I can confirm that it does charge my switch and phone at the same time. It did take my switch a while to start charging, maybe 3 seconds, but it did charge, and at the same time as my phone.Overall, I believe this is an amazing product for a great price (I had a $15 coupon). If you don’t mind the extra weight and size, this power bank is the one for you. No need for extra cables, can charge while plugged into the wall, and can charge multiple devices at a time. The case is a wonderful add on to keep it safe. Highly recommend!

I bought this with reading good review and convenience to use them for my travel , but doesn’t last me 5 cycles. Very disappointed. The wall charger won’t charge anymore doesn’t matter how much I tried .. it’s not cheap and waste money. 😞

I bought this on Prime Day to replace another brand I bought last year that has recently broke. I went with the upgraded mAh for this one and I was shocked at how heavy and bulky it is compared to the old one, that’s the only con I have for this thing. Charges quickly which is wonderful if you’re on the go and in a pinch.

I charged this product fully and then used it for about a week (with constant use) before I had to even think about charging it again. It charged my phone fully about 5-6 times before going down to 20%, when I charged it again.I would worry about the weight of it being a problem for the prongs after a while, but so far I have no issue. I was also concerned about overheating after reading some reviews, but so far it’s been perfectly fine. Charging my iPad had no issue, and leaving the product to charge overnight was no problem either.It’s a little bulky and the length of the built in cords makes it even more awkward to hold, but overall I highly recommend!!
