I have four nostril piercings so I was looking for a pack. I love the colors in these, but they're a tad bit smaller than I anticipated -- not an issue for me. The length of the bar is perfect, and for my first time trying out threadless jewelry, I managed to put all four in in under 20 minutes. I've been wearing them for a few days and I haven't had any issues with the "ball piece" falling out, which was something I was worried about. Before this, I had rings in all my nostrils piercings and I can definitely verify that these are way more practical and easier to clean. I think it's a great deal for the price.

I've had these for a while and I really like then variety of colors, but they fall out a little more frequently than I would care for.I think 7 have fall out since I got them over a year ago.Good in a pinch while you look for a better quality one.

The stud came out of the piercings when I was wearing one it came out without me knowing and when I breathed in it went up my nostril and down my nasal cavity. I have to go see a doctor now about where it went and if I’m going to be okay.

So I’ve had these for a couple days now, haven’t had any serious issues with them so far. They’re super easy to put in, which, was surprising to me considering you have to put them through the inside of your nose. However, they’re kinda super hard to take off (I don’t know if that’s just me). I expected it to be a screw in type thing, but it’s a push in actually. So taking them out is a bit difficult because it hurts thanks to how secure the stud is (that’s a plus at least). I still haven’t found a way to take it out that’s even remotely comfortable. Usually what I do is grab the flat part on the inside of my nose to hold it in place and then attempt to pull off the top. That can still really hurt though because as soon as I take off the top, I accidentally stab myself with it every time due to the force it takes. I got these studs to mostly for when I’m sleeping because all the other types of studs tend to fall out. They’re comfortable, don’t fall out, and are a nice material though, so if you don’t mind the occasional pain of when you’re taking them out, go for it. 😅

Great set I got it to match my eyebrow ring and earrings. Opal is my birthstone, I like the freedom to swap out colors if I want. The threaded post on the "stone" quickly & easily twists off while the base remains in place.

They are the perfect size. And the part that I inside your nose is flat and very comfortable. It does make me sneeze. Lol.They ARE pretty hard to put the stone/top on.
