Appreciate the screw style to secure the larger pieces..I bought strictly for the 3 larger starburst looking pieces.. although I will only use the 3 it was totally worth the price..they are made well, stones have lots of shine, the fit is comfortable.I have had no problems. I do recommend this pack and this seller..

They stay in your nose but it's pressed so tight to your skin it's a little uncomfortable.

Lots of options to choose from. All fit great...I have a smaller nose so they won't all work but they are all good quality
