I've seen a lot of people complain about these fan but from personal experience these fan hold upto extremely well. I've crashed and bashed my rc car many time and the fan with something that has not ever broken. The performance is great. It's a little noisy but that's part that fast rpm. Super easy to install, it helps keep my esc cool.

It fit over the heat sink and fired right up. I do hear it when I’m close to it but the sound doesn’t bother me as long as it’s working. I used it on a traxxas rustler.

Seems to do the job as well as a fan over an ESC can do! Plus it looks sharp
