Other than the instructions written in Engrish, I've found these to work well. Fortunately after many years of buying products from china I'm fluent in engrish. I installed these in my food truck to run the built in fridge. It has no problem switching the compressor on and off. One has the probe inside the cold box, the other has the probe taped to the compressor unit, controlling a fan to cool the compressor and evaporator. These were the last pieces I needed to get my fridge operating properly. They've been installed for 2 weeks and the fridge has maintained temp ever since.

These little things are amazing for the price, but I couldn't use them for my application because of the thermal mass of the sensor. I was measuring air temperature in a fan/heater system. The sensor lagged far behind the air temperature (about 1min) and overshot significantly, leading to big oscillations in temperature regulation. The sensor was reporting _its own_ temperature correctly, but the steel can around the thermistor was holding so much heat that the sensor wasn't the same temperature as the air. I could probably solve it by replacing the sensor with a fast-response 10k NTC thermistor, but I went with a different solution for now.

So i use these to monitor ambient, exhaust temps an inline coolant temps with Thermoelectric modules cooling coolant down. Thermal shut relay function is bamgin! For this price an housed i can even assemble from my parts an 3D print plastics for 12 bucks! So that was kool, and i got two of em!! They work way better than most i can you that. I was gonna use a cheapo DHT11 and this is def better than my momently decisive action to Frankenstein couple from spare parts for sure..
