I am changing my review. The quality of the cup is terrible. The lid disintegrated after using for 2 weeks. I didn't drop it. The seal fell off and then the plastic lid cracked and fell to pieces. Too bad. I really loved the 3 different settings. Always a good temperature to keep my coffee fresh tasting and hot for hours.

Bought this as a x-mas gift for a co-worker. She absolutely loves it, tells me almost daily. Keeps coffee or tea piping hot.

I do like the warmer it has 3 different temperatures and is easy to use. Has 2 buttons one is to turn off and on. The 2nd button is to control the heat. If it gets liquid on the plate all you need to do is wipe it up with a soft cloth. It functions well look great and the timer works good. Now for the cup it is made cheap, reminds me of a camping cup, the reason I say this is because it is a cup with a black sleeve and handle. The sleeve slides off and if you don't screw on the bottom piece you may lose your cup, the drawback is you put on the bottom piece the coffee stays milk warm. Remove the bottom and the coffee will get hot. But they don't tell you this. So for the amount of money I paid is way to much. I am using a cup I already had if I had of known this I would have just bought a warmer and not the set.
