Because of the strong smell, I washed this two times and the smell is still there. It does do what it's suppose to do but I also don't like the pattern on the inside of the belt. Seems like a bad idea to have any kind of pattern on it because after removing it, the pattern is embedded in your skin. I could deal with the smell better than I could having the pattern imprint on my skin.
