Did my research before purchasing and this is what I needed. Make sure you research and do your measurements first before ordering!

I ordered this exhaust flange to use to connect my exhaust pipe to my exhaust manifold. It did not give much info about the size. (my mistake) It was too small for my purpose and I could not use it. However, I did find a use for it later and it wasn't a total loss. Why don't they give us the dimensions on these flanges so we can determine if they will fit or not??????Zeb

Person leaving the one star review either got bad flanges, or more likely used them backwards. The convex sides should mate up. When a gasket is used, the bulged surface pinches the flange right at the edge of the tubing. Used these to replace the flanges on my rust bucket 2001 protege and no leaks. Welds nice too.

This flange is not flat. It's bowed. Match the flat sides together on two of them and you'll find daylight in the center. The Walker 31388 gasket mating the two surfaces doesn't fix this problem.I used two of these brand new flanges along with the Walker 31388 gasket to attempt to connect a universal catalytic converter to my rear cat as my primary cat had failed. After all the work going back and forth bolting everything together, tack welding, removal and joint welding, rebolting again, more tack welding, etc. to make certain everything fits together as if it were an OEM cat/exhaust manifold, I'm a happy camper. I even cut off the flange on my oem secondary cat to make certain this would work when I was finished. For the first 30 min of normal driving, my fuel trim at idle on this bank was 0-4%, normally around 0-1%. Perfect! Suddenly, the fuel trim jumps to 10% at idle. WTF??!!! "Perhaps the bolts joining the two flanges came loose." I check them. "No, they're still nice and tight at 50 ft lbs. Time to smoke test the exhaust. Maybe I've got a pinhole in one of my welds." Low and behold, smoke is coming out of where these two bowed flanges mate. Note, this process was very time consuming."Fine, I'll use the factory donut gaskets." The factory torque is 46 ft lbs where I put these two flanges. Above 30 ft lbs, the sides of the flanges where the bolts are inserted bow even more than they already are with a donut gasket rather than the Walker 31388!What kind of steel are these flanges made of? It's not as bad as pot metal, but not near as solid as an oem flange.

Great looking parts but buyer beware, the description says dimension is 3". That's total outside diameter. Be sure to look up the correct part number as these are 2" ID. Why they don't list that in the product info is absurd and I'm annoyed that I recieved the wrong part but ultimately they look pretty decent so 5 stars for quality despite confusion on sizing.
