These are nice muffler hangers for the price, although the pic seems to show the upper part as rubber. The ones I received had the metal upper strap and the metal and rubber bumper on the bottom. They worked fine, I simply sprayed some WD40 on the rubber part so I could rotate it 90 degrees to line up with the muffler outlet. I had to hit one quite hard with a sledge hammer to get it to move and the other one moved pretty easily. The upper metal part I simply put in my vice and bent it to a 90 degree angle to line up with the hole in the upper frame. I would recommend these as they seem like a nice heavy duty set of hangers, I used U clamps to attach them to the mufflers and turn downs, worked nicely!!

Worth the extra few bucks. I bought a set of Victor's and these were way better. I sent the Victor's back. I have ordered 3 and all are very strong.

Yet again I thought the other reviewers would be wrong and everything would be okay. Unfortunately, as they all said, the hanger received was not the hanger pictured. But I believe this is an issue with the wrong hangers being put in the box at the factory.It's a good quality hanger though, and still worked for my intended purpose. But my plans had to change based on the different hanger. My rating is based on the overall quality of the hanger and it doing the job that I needed it to.
