I bought this tailpipe section for my 1993 S10 with 2.8 motor. It fit perfectly with the other Walker exhaust parts I puchased as part of the same order. The order consisted of Walker 22726 Muffler, and Walker 43715 Intermediate Pipe, and Walker 31928 Exhaust Flange, and Walker 36221 Exhaust Insulator, and Walker 45288 Tail Pipe.

This did not fit as a direct replacement to the factory tailpipe in my 93 S10 although it was stated that it should. the hanger was not welded in the correct place and all the bends in the pipe were overly exaggerated to the point that if it was bolted on that way the tailpipe would just be dragging upon the ground. It isn't really possible to correct the over exaggerated bends either so I just ended up cutting the bends off of it and throwing them out and replacing a portion of the pipe to straighten it back up. As the product shipped it was completly useless for any application. I would recommend to just skip this product altogether.

The quality is fine but the description is lacking. This tail pipe is NOT a stock equivalent. It is sized/bent to fit an aftermarket Walker muffler which has a different outlet length/angle than the stock muffler. If you want to us it in a stock application it will require some adapters or fabrication. I returned mine.

Fits perfectly on 93 Sonoma, almost identical to stock. The second hanger is located on the muffler instead of the pipe like stock. I recently replaced my exhaust system from the converter back. Only a muffler was required but for the price it was more convenient to replace the entire system using the three matching components from Walker including the straight pipe, the silent flow muffler and the tail pipe.

The tailpipe is decent for the price. On my 1993 GMC Sonoma it was about 6 inches too short with the stock muffler. Ordered a Walker muffler and they lined up fairly well. There is only one hanger attached to the tail pipe. The second hanger is attached to the muffler which is different than the stock setup. Now it is just a matter of seeing how long it lasts. For the price though it was worth it.

If you are just replacing the tail pipe, check your muffler to see where the other hanger is located. I replaced both the muffler and tail pipe, so I had no problems. My stock tail pipe had a hanger at both ends, this one does not. The other hanger for this pipe is on the new muffler.

This tail pipe was an exact replica of the factory pipe on my S-10. When laying side by side it would be hard to tell them apart if it wasn't for all the rust on the old one. It appears to be fully aluminized but the quality and toughness of that finish will only be determined by time.

Worked just fine fit but we didnt have hangers so ill have to weld him up some other then that no problems. walker has always been a good company for stock exhaust id order again when neccesary
