Even though Amazon said this would Not fit my 2004 Tundra double cab it was a perfect fit. Researched on other sights and found the best price on Amazon.

Exhaust work, in general, is horrible. Especially doing it on your back on a driveway. In any case, the first time I used this gasket on my 1st gen Tundra, it seemed absolutely too thick and wouldn't fit at all. It goes between the resonator pipe and muffler pipe. This time was better, and it finally went together as it should. I believe part of the issue is the crappy exhaust pipe elements that are made these days. It takes endless finagling and adjusting to get everything to fit right--again, on your back in a driveway--and I don't believe for a second that the Walker or whomever assemblies I get are near the quality or fit of OEM. But it beats paying a small fortune for the parts down at the Toyota dealer, if they even still can still get them. So, 4 stars it is.

So far so good. I goobered it up a bit trying to put it on over the muffler pipe when all I had to do was put it on the connecting pipe. Beginners trial and error but it is a fragile gasket as it'll break apart easily. It works well though.

I coated this gasket and the joint with muffler cement before clamping it just to insure against an exhaust leak. I used the Bosal clamp since the Walker clamp was way too big. I let it sit over night, after clamping, to allow the cement time to cure before testing. I couldn't hear or feel any exhaust leakage so it did the job with the cement. I don't know if the cement was necessary but why chance it.
