I bought a few of these gaskets to install a new front exhaust pipe on a 2003 Honda Odyssey. I also had some Honda original type gaskets available. The new after-market Walker pipe had grooves in the mounting flanges where the pipes attached to the engine, so I decided to use the Honda original type gaskets that fit in the grooves, but the Walker gaskets fit the flange just fine too. But the other end of the Walker pipe, where it attaches to the catalytic converter, did not have a groove so I used the Walker gasket. The gasket on the other end of the CAT has three holes but its a different shape so these Walker 31645 gaskets don't fit there. I think the number is 31383.

Much better build quality than the paper gasket that came with my new catalytic converter. The walker gasket molded itself nicely during the install - creating a great seal. The quality & price are spot on!
