Super strong. Large and can support a lot of weght. Listing says 750lbs. I have nto pushed the limits that far. Must mount into solid structual support, Not drywall. Joist or stud required.Great value and super secure. Better than Single screw EyeBolts.

I'm not sure if I misread the description or what - however, these are much larger than I expected. They are 50-75% larger than I expected. That said, they are solid and well made. They are coated to protect anything suspended from them as well as protecting themselves. They come with mounting hardware for wood and concrete. If mounted correctly, it states it will hold up to 400 pounds. My plan is to use one of them for a heavy bag; I'm not certain about the second one. These should last for an extremely long time and will serve anyone well. Double check on the size before ordering to make certain it will not be too large for your needs.

This Suspension Strap Mount Bracket is a solid anchor, much better than the flimsy mount that was supplied with my suspension straps. The set includes mounting hardware for installing on wood as well as anchors for installing onto concrete. The double mounting hooks provide a secure anchor point for straps and can hold a considerable amount of weight. The description reads 750lbs so I feel comfortable applying my weight to my suspension straps without fear of breaking the mount or pulling it from the wall. I like how the mount is powder coated so it looks clean and provides rust resistance. I plan on getting another mount to use for my battle ropes as I am completely satisfied with this product. Five stars!
