About this item

  • Accurate atomic clock – Never needs setting. The clock has a built-in receiver that automatically synchronizes itself with the WWVB radio broadcast by the US Government’s National Institute (NIST) in Fort Collins, Colorado.
  • Atomic clock with indoor outdoor temperature – The indoor temperature display relies on a built-in high precision indoor temperature sensor. The outdoor temperature displays through the wireless outdoor sensor which collect the outdoor temperature information and then send it to clock, the distance of them should be within 330 feet (100m).
  • Large atomic wall clock with full information – The clock has a large display with temperature, date, day and time. The LCD screen measures 12.8x4.9 inch with time numbers 8.4x3.1 inch, easy to read from any angle in the room. The seconds display will also show you a more accurate time.
  • Digital atomic wall clock large display battery operated – Both of the atomic clock and wireless outdoor sensor are supported by AA batteries. (Clock needs 4xAA battery, outdoor sensor needs 2xAA battery, battery not included). When the battery is about to run out, there will be a low battery indicator on the screen.
  • Atomic clock for wall or desk – WallarGe atomic clock comes with a mounting ruler which is used for wall mount drilling so there is no need to measure the holes, very easy to operate. It also has a fold-out stand at the back to be used as a desk clock. The large digital wall clock can be used for living room, classroom, office, gym, hospital, nursing home or any other place.

Very easy to set up. Function very good with the time. Visibility of the display. The outdoor temperature in Robert is the indoor temperature right product.

Great clock, easy to set up. Once set up, works great, visible from a distance. It isn't backlit, keep that in mind. Once you get it operating, it takes care of itself, including daylight savings time shifts. Great clock!

Large numbers can be read across a very long distance. The temperature is within a few tenths of a degree of an expensive weather station at a slightly different above sea level location on the hill behind the house. My main reason for getting this one after reviewing multiple clocks with temperature is the accuracy of all readings. The old item it replaced was 2 degrees off so this one was a nice suprise. I bought another unit after seeing how well this worked. They both connect to the same sensor outside so I have a spare. This one after an easy setup is much more accurate. Quality is good. I will update after I see what the battery life is as it says not to use rechargeable AA's.

I had an older atomic clock that suddenly was going through batteries very quickly and was rather difficult to see. Having read the reviews on the WallarGe Atomic Clock as well as seeing how large the display it is, I purchased it. The numbers are huge and so much easier to read. The date, time, and temps are very accurate. Simply follow the directions and the order in which the batteries are to be put in, mount the transmitter outside under a covered area and that's it. You must manually set the date, time zone, unit of measurement, etc., which is explained in the set up directions. Once all of the is done, the clock is ready to go. The red light flashing on the transmitter lets you know that it is on and receiving the signal. We have the clock mounted above our TV so it's easy to see. So far, after 2 weeks of having this, I have zero complaints. This is a great clock!

My mediocre review has nothing to do with the seller, the quality of the product or the delivery process. I liked this clock for several reasons: It's automatic (Atomic) and keeps precise time, it's cordless and battery-operated (no unsightly cords hanging down) and it's multi-functional. The only shortcoming for me is that it's not back lit. And yes, the description said up front, it wasn't. But because of that, it's just hard to see from across a room unless you're in broad daylight. At night with overhead lights, it just doesn't show up very well. I looked to see if a red-letter and number version was available, but it wasn't. Overall, I like it, but with that one significant (for me) reservation.

Clock works well. Display is clear and readable. Keep in mind that its radio receiver that picks up the correct time is tuning in the bureau of standards radio station in Colorado Springs, CO. The clock's receiver is actually sensitive enough to work during daylight hours, unlike similar "atomic" clocks I have had. But it works best if its broad side is facing Colorado Springs and has an unobstructed view. If the radio signal from Colorado is blocked by heavy walls, or if the narrow edge of the clock is facing Colorado Springs, it won't pick up the signal nearly as well. Unfortunately, the location we wanted the clock for was on a wall that put the clock's edge facing Colorado and was in a room with a lot of masonry and steel between the clock and outside. So given those two conditions, it could not pick up the signal that sets the time. I carried it to a window facing Colorado during the day and turned the clock so its broad side faced Colorado. It got a strong signal--maximum bars on the indicator. The signal is complex, and the clock has to read it for a minute or so to get the time signal. But it did synchronize within 2 minutes at that location. Then I took it back to where we wanted to use it. But we'll probably need to take it to that place in the building where the indicator shows a strong signal every so often to make sure it's resetting to the exact, correct time. We are in NY state, so the signal from Colorado is weak at best and varies with atmospheric conditions. So you may need to play these games to get the clock set (or reset) to the correct time from the Bureau of Standards. This is just how these clocks are.

The clock is nice and functioned as expected for ~year. However, the outside sensor has been giving me trouble - I need to change batteries approximetely once a week to keep it transmitting. I’d buy another sensor, but can’t find where to buy/how to contact the seller.

Lots of button pushing to get the correct year & date, time zone, Farenheit vs. Celsius, etc. to display. And you'll need to do this anytime you change the batteries, but otherwise this thing just hums along on autopilot. Love that it syncs with the Atomic Clock in Colorado to keep the displayed time accurate. I previously had a La Crosse clock w/ an indoor/outdoor temperature display. The outdoor temperature monitor that came with that clock didn't have as good a signal/range as this new clock's temperature monitor does. This clock's display is large and easy to read as long as there's some light in the room. Note, there's no option to have it backlit so that it's visible in the dark. I assume this is a battery saving feature. Overall, it's a great clock. I originally bought 1 and went back to purchase 2 more for other rooms. I use rechargeable batteries and they last well over 1 year before needing to be changed out (the single use batteries last even longer).

I bought lots of clocks over the years, and this has got to be one of the best regardless of price. It beats many more expensive clicks that I saw. HUGE display very easy to read. Sharp digital display with very high contrast of deep black digits on light background. Strong atomic clock radio reception. Strong outdoors sensor reception. Great fit and finish. Accurate temperatures indoor and out. Accurate time keeping. It is not legible in the dark. But this could be a plus. A clock this size would light up your room if either the digits or the background glows at night. If you do not want something that glows at night then this is your clock. You can also install a night light above it to read in the dark if you wish.I also agree with other reviewers that it would be nice to have indoor and outside humidity readings.
