Living in Florida, bugs are a constant problem for our cars. Not only are they unsightly, their remains are also acidic. Leave then on your paint too long and they will permanently etch your paint.I use this as my first step for my weekly car washing. I spray the affected area with the product, allow it to dwell for a minute and then rinse it off . You want to leave it on your paint long enough to work, but not so long it creates issues. Generally, what I outlined above is all it takes. On occasion, I'll need to go over it again with an insect removing cloth..I also diluted some of this cleaner into a small spray bottle to keep at my office. That way, if I see fresh bug guts or bird droppings, I can tend to it immediately.I do get a chuckle out of their advertising. This cleaner supposedly being inspired by Formula 1 is supposedly advantage over similar products not so inspired. This is an effective cleaner that works well if you use it per the instructions. If you've left bugs on your car for a year, don't expect a miracle.

Yes, it works great! See my before and after pictures. I tried this on a family member's GMC Terrain as it has a flat grill that really takes out some bugs. All I did was spray this on liberally and made sure any areas that dried got re-sprayed. I let it sit for exactly 30 seconds. I then used a soaking wet microfiber to gently wipe away the bug guts and parts. Then I took a damp microfiber and wiped up the final residue. About two minutes total to rid this vehicle of baked on bug guts. Folks, that's as easy as it gets. This product seems a little gentler than the bug and tar removers that I've tried before, meaning I don't think it's going to strip your wax or coatings as much. It was very windy when I tried it, but I didn't pick up any scent from the product. I used it bare handed and it didn't feel like a heavy degreaser to me like some other products do.I used about 2 oz to do the whole front of this car. I would have used less if it wasn't so windy. That makes at least 64 applications with the 128 oz size. That's a fantastic value for a product that works well and is so easy to use. I highly recommend it!

This product did remove bugs from my vehicle but it didn't do anything that stood out. I sprayed the area then wiped. The bugs didn't come off the 1st round so I had to let the product sit then I was able wipe away the insects. The spray didnt cause any damage to my paint or leave streaks so that was a plus.

Full disclosure: I got this product through Amazon's Vine programThis product came very well packaged. The spray bottle is wrapped separately to prevent the squeeze trigger from being pressed or moved. The included cloth is super soft. I used this on the front bumper of my car without washing the car first. I sprayed some on small bug splatters and also some bird dropping. Both came off very easily and with minimal effort. I was very pleased with how easily the bugs came off. They weren't huge bugs but I know from past experience that just using my car wash sponge with car wash soap and water requires a little more scrubbing to remove the bugs. Also, this product didn't have any strong odors unlike some other cleaners I've used. If you're into car detailing, I think you'll be pleased with how well this product works.

I didn't use the product exactly as directed, but I got great results. I used my normal method of pressure wash, foam cannon, quick pressure wash to rinse, contact wash, and then a thorough rinse except during the contact wash I sprayed this on any bugs or bird bombs as I went around the vehicle. They were much easier to remove than normal. Just spray and wait 15-30 seconds then got over it with a wet mitt and they came right off. I have tried Turtle Wax's version of this in the past and it didn't seem to do much of anything. This stuff was clearly doing something. The listing states that it is supposed to smell like Hibiscus, I personally didn't really smell anything except my McGuires Gold Class while using it. In my opinion that is a positive. Some of these detailing products smell good, but I would prefer just unscented if I had the choice. I am not trying to impress anyone with the way my car smells.I got the gallon jug with a 16oz and a rag. Doing 1 vary thorough outside detail on my Blazer I can't even tell I used any. I will never have to buy another bug remover. These bottles will go bad long before I can use them all. I am actually going to try to give some away to some co-workers so it doesn't go to waste. The rag included with the kit is nice, it is a medium quality, medium/low GSM dual pile microfiber. It is nothing fancy, but will get the job done.Overall this seems to be a great product. For the amount you will use I would personally just go with a 16oz unless you are detailer or you make a habit of running down bugs and wash your car 3 times a week.

This bug remover liquid does a good job at softening up tough debris to allow it to be removed just by wiping it off. If a really stuck spot doesn’t come off then just reapply and wipe off. I’ve had good success with really tough spots by cleaning it twice. The one negative comment I have with this spray is that if you get it on your glass surfaces it takes some additional effort to wipe or buff off. On painted surfaces it’s pretty easy to wipe off. This spray comes with a spray bottle plus a full gallon of the bug remover. This amount of product will certainly last me a long time. The microfiber cloth that comes with this product is also nice and plush and is a good size for me to use for keeping my car’s finish is good condition. This is a good product that worked well for me to clean tough bug and bird droppings quickly and easily.
