Sure hope I can find a new battery for it. Can't figure out how to open it for one so I think it's probably just junk now.

Mine did not come charged - I thought it was broken (guess I'm spoiled). Comes with the pump, hose, charge cable and instructions. The pump quiet; it has a relaxing hummmm. My five gallon jug is half gone and the pump is still working. Since this is a generic pump, it does not seal to the container, so it is loose.

I expected some compromises in a device that costs less than 10 bucks. Pump is a little noisy, and I would be more comfortable with a physical switch than the touch-on, touch-off control. The siphon tube that goes into the bottle is folded for shipping, and remains crimped at these folds. This didn't seem to impact the functioning, although I did replace it with some slightly larger silicone tubing I had on hand. After pumping one and a half 5 gallon jugs (about 8 gallons total), pump started shutting off after barely pumping a few drops. I connected the charging cable but the device only charges for a short time, and the pump isn't sluggish- it just won't run for more than a second or two.Since I'm one week past the 30-day return/refund period, I might crack it open to see if I can make repairs/improvements inside.UPDATE- If you eliminate the battery and charging circuit, the pump itself actually works well. I just 'hotwired' the micro USB connection to the pump, and use a magnetic cable for quick and easy power connect/disconnect. Even considering the replacement siphon tube I had to get (also from Amazon), this still ended up cheaper than the manual jug pumps I was looking at, and works pretty well. Just sad that I had to 'hack' the device to get it to work reliably.

My favourite feature of this sink Pump is the touch activation. I use this item in a camper trailer as part of an off-grid sink, and turning off the faucet is now easier when hands are soapy or dirty. I can just use my wrist or forearm to turn the water flow on or off.Charge has lasted me 3 to 4 weeks with consistent use and longer with less frequent use.

I really liked this product up until today. It was easy to put on, button is very touchy but super easy to operate, would last at least a month on a charge. But as of a couple days ago it stopped charging and won't hold a charge, I've tried 3 times, over night so plenty of time. I purchased this product in February 2023, today is 12/18, so I haven't even had it a year. I guess for the price I shouldn't complain but less than a year is frustrating. Thnk I'll buy something a little nicer this time and hope it lasts longer.
