I really wanted to love this product… it was exactly what I needed and it came in a three pack, the right number we needed for the price.After putting in some AA batteries (not included), the fan worked well. Keep in mind that the blades are very thin clear plastic, like the sort of plastic that batteries come in. I wish the blades were silicone or foam so that they wouldn’t sting if accidentally touched.One of the fans was accidentally dropped from less than 3 feet from the ground and the hard plastic part that held the fan blade on broke off and the bottom plastic cap chipped, proving that this fan could not withstand everyday usage.Granted, there are not a lot of different options/models to choose from in this category, so purchase at your own risk.

We ordered these to cool our kids off during their soccer games. Size is nice, big enough to last for the entire team during a game. Like that it came in an assorted color 3 pack so that each of our kids has their own bottle. You will need 2 AA batteries as they are not included. Would have preferred a rechargeable one. The circular foam did prevent the water from spraying out so I ended up tossing them. Not sure if that is why it sometimes leaks so I would maybe do what others did and try cutting the straw first. A bit pricey for what you get although the kids all seem to love it. Adding ice cubes to the water definitely helps too. Haven’t had it long enough to speak on it’s longevity but so far, it does what it is intended for and we have no complaints.

During the summer months, my wife and kids LOVE to use these misting fans when we have hot summertime temperatures outside. These fans work really well, and have a battery operated fan to blow the fine mist onto your face and neck and upper chest. The combination of the cool water mist and the fan help cool you down quite nicely.

We ordered these for the kids during the summer for use at Disneyland and the park. Just wanted something to offer them some temporary relief. They felt a bit delicate, like they'd break easily, but did not. Actually stood up to the summer use. Did leak a bit, so I deducted a star for that, but if you just use it as a fan, and don't use the misting, it eliminates that issue. However, you do buy it for the misting as well, so, just depends on what you really need them for. I wish they were rechargeable with the price of batteries and all, but they lasted a decent amount of time when we needed them the most. Not bad.

One broke immediately, one was either assembled incorrectly or came broken, and the other I haven't bothered with yet.The first one, the propeller fell apart before I got to use it. I thought I could just use it as a mister, but it barely put out any water. I discovered that the straws were too long so after trimming off 1/4", it now mists. The second, when you pull the trigger to mist, the nozzle extends into the fan, so that doesn't work (also had to trim the straw on this one. I ended up pulling off the propeller and replacing the broken one from the first so not I have one functioning mister/fan.If you didn't have any of the fan problems but are not getting mist, check the cap and if there is a deep impression from the straw, it's probably blocking water from drawing up and needs to be trimmed.I'm hoping the 3rd one works, otherwise I've got 1 working fan out of the set.
