Solution :Please wrap the tap around the external threads of the faucet and thd adapters to aviod leaking
Reason:The filter cartridge holder was not installed on the faucet properly
Solution:Need re-installation
Reason:The aerator thread of the faucet was damaged
Solution:Repair the faucet thread
The flat rubber was damaged
Solution:Replace a new flat rubber
2 Low and non-uniform outflow
Reason:Check out if the adapter pre-filter is dirty/Tap outlet was contaminated/Filter cartridge blocked
Solution:Replace a new flat rubber /Change a new filter cartridge

Fun addition to my kitchen sink. I had purchased for the bathroom, but it did not fit on that spout, even with the provided adapters. I purchased a set of the filters, and it seems that they need to be replaced every few weeks. When the water starts coming out slower, it’s time for a new filter.

This faucet head and water filter is great quality and definitely works—I can see the junk it catches in the filter, and the water looks clearer and smells better. Since I have very sensitive skin, I’ve noticed it helps with preventing dryness and acne, which is a huge plus for me.It was super easy to install, and the water flow is strong with high pressure. I love that it has different settings for water flow, so I can adjust it based on what I need. Another great feature is that it rotates in every direction, which makes it really convenient. For the price, this is an amazing buy, and I highly recommend it!

I nearly lost my mind trying to find the right size for my faucet lol but once I did it was actually quite easy!!! The water flow is amazing, the fit works perfectly for my small kitchen sink.

Ok..maybe a bit dramatic, but seriously, this little filter is amazing. In the past we have had the PUR filter, along with a couple of other brands but they have always had the same problem...they are too bulky when mounted on the faucet. Well this unit fixes that issue, its compact, movable, and best of all it works really well!It came with a bunch of adapters, but for us it directly screwed into the faucet....no leaks, no fuss.The other great feature is the way you can point it upwards and turn your faucet into your own drinking fountain!Also, I had a question for the sellers and their customer service response time was very quick, which is rare to find these days.Recommended.

It was fairly easy to install but it did leak for a few days. As for the filtering, I’m not sure it’s actually filtering much. I have a meter and it reads about the same from the tap without the filter as it does with the filter. I do like the spray function though so I will probably keep it.

If it runs slow after a month, it's because you need to change the filter!!! Mine works great and it filtered out gunk I had no idea was even there. It is easy to install and change the filter. It is of good quality and value for the money. Water flow is great but will decrease as the filter becomes full of toxins and other debris. My teens and adult children all were experiencing skin irritation and chronic acne. I bought this to improve the water quality for face washing. I bought a shower filter too. They all have noticeable improve that didn't happen with following their dermatologist facial meds routine.

Money well spent easy to install and it looks really good. Others I looked at were very bucky. I love the slim design and it increased my water pressure. I will buy one for my bathroom.

When the filters are working, it's good! Really convenient, and it clears up the hard water significantly in my apartment. But after just a few weeks, the filter begins to concave, warping itself, and severely impacts tbe water pressure. I'm already on my last filter and I bought this a month and a half ago. This is ridiculous.
