The 2000EX Water Miser has an extended body to allow for more condensation of electrolyte on the interior walls of the vent. This increases efficiency and extendeds watering intervals. The Water Miser was designed and developed by Flow Systems and is now sold across the globe. Keeps your battery tops dry and free from acid build up. Minimizes corrosion of battery terminals. These vents are being supplied by the manufacturer Flow Systems direct to you the customer so you know they come without flaws or defects. If you have problems for any reason whatsoever, simply contact Flow Systems and we will fix it. Because we are the manufacturer, we stock at least 50K of the 2000EX at all times. The Water Miser is now the industry standard for Flip-top water saving battery vent caps.

I have 16 CR 430 batteries connected to solar panels on my home. The house is 2 years old. I have had trouble with the battery acid puddling on top and corroding the terminal connectors. This is despite carefully following the advice of the battery supplier, the solar company, and routinely and precisely maintaining the water level in the batteries. The tech at the solar company said he used these water misers so I bought four as a test. I put them on the biggest problem batteries and for three months now have had no problems on those four. I give them only four stars because they are super expensive. 16 batteries times three caps per battery times about $6.50 per cap is $312 just for battery caps!
