DN25 is the diameter of the pipe and is 0.98 inch. But to connect to a 1-inch NPT threaded connection you need to have compatible threads. DN designated pipe usually have metric BSPP or BSTP threads which are 50 threads to the inch. They are not compatible with the American NPT threads which are 60 threads to the inch and are also tapered. You need to get a compatible connector to go from BSPP to NPT, or use a lot of pipe dope around the threads. Teflon tape wont do the job.

Once installed, it leaked profusely. The pressure gauge didn’t read any pressure once water was on. The body of valve stripped when tightened like it was painted nickel not brass as advertised.

As others have said the quality is not the best. Tried it with multiple adapters and thread tape with no luck as both sides continue to leak. Used the same adapter and thread tape on other areas with no issues at all. Definitely recommend going a different route. Also the gauge is not working
