This was easy to install and it works like most charcoal filters. There is no added taste and the size works well in the water bottle. What I didn't expect was for it not to fit in the mouth piece. It slides right out. It is a little too small for the hole. Or perhaps the hole is too big.

Haven't used much, but the fit is identical to brand-name version, and I'm not testing the water to see how well they work.

I love my Brita water bottle, but I don't love the price of replacing my filters. I was happy to find this alternative works just as well and saves me money! I will likely continue ordering these :)
