This changing pad is great. Its firm but not too firm. It comes with anchor screws and a buckle for baby. It has a stiff board and a slightly tacky texture on the bottom so it doesn't shift around. Shipped flat not folded. Really good size I think I'll be able to use it for at least 1-2 years. Happy customer!

I use this many times a day and am thankful I purchased this. The changing pad is soft but firm so if my little one rolls over it’s still mostly safe. It has raised sides to keep the baby in place more while changing. This is easy to clean and mess just wipes off with a diaper wipe or a quick wash. Very light and easy to move around the house. I don’t have a changing table, I just set this on a dresser or the floor and use it anywhere in the house for my little one and it works great. I’m sure it would work well with an actual changing table also.

Love this changing pad! It was exactly what I was looking for! Easy to put new covers on and change! Also east to wipe up and clean! Good cushioning as well! Great fit for the babes nursery!

This changing pad is really great. Here are a few observations:UPDATE 2013: After 3 years of DAILY use, the pad has worn down. The top plastic cover has ripped in several places now. So while it was good it does not last 3 years. However daily use for 3 years on a $20 product is really not bad at all so I'll leave it at 5 stars.It comes with two 4~6 inch straps on one side so that you can secure it to a wall or furniture using some screws, and then a long locking strap in the middle to secure your child. I never use any of the straps though. Why? The non-skid bottom really really works. It will not skid! I have no reason to use the furniture anchors because this thing will not skid. And the contour is enough to keep my small baby in the middle. (Of course as she gets bigger I will need to use the straps.)Also, the pad is very light so I carry it around the house and use it wherever my daughter needs to be changed.Warning about using a changing pad cover:When we put a changing pad cover on it, it lifted up the corners just enough to make the pad slide around. To take full advantage of the non-skid bottom, you cannot use a changing pad that covers any part of the bottom surface. The pad doesn't really need a cover since it is waterproof by itself. We have spilled things on it, and it cleans up right away with a rag.

I had first ordered the LA Baby changing pad. Then two or three weeks later when it still had not shipped out to me I decided to cancel the order and look again. I am so glad I did. I love the simmons contour pad. It is very soft and I love how the sides are raised so it makes it harder for baby to roll around. It also comes with attachment so you can screw this to your changing table or dresser. We are using it on top of one of those combo units. Ours fits great. Still have room for the diaper organizer and wipe warmer. I dont think that we will be screwing ours down. It has a non-skid bottom and it really helps hold it in place. Ours doesnt move around at all. Great thing too is that Boppy changing pad covers fit it perfect. I really loved how soft they were and how they had the washable piece that lays on top. So I am not sure if many other covers fit it or how well. But I love the set up now for changing my baby. This is a great product I tell all my friends and family this is the way to go.
