UCANVIN Waterproof Membrane band is a pliable sheet-applied waterproofing membrane and vapor-retarder designed for the direct application of tile.

Band is ideal for use in tiled showers, bathtub surrounds, residential steam showers, and other tile applications in wet areas.

It’s the ideal ceramic tile underlayment for new construction, bathroom remodeling, pool areas, and many other high humidity or wet areas.

What I like about this is how easy it is to use with tile around bathroom and kitchen windows. Big families have big splashes in wet areas and windows are no exception. This band is just the size I needed to wrap around the windowsill and sides. For a new DIY, it was easy. The outer corners were no more work than cutting out paper-dolls. Snip-snip and they fit!

I've never used the Kerdi brand before so I don't have anything to compare it to. It went down nicely and I didn't have any issues with it.

Needed more than a standard 33' roll. Found this one with 3 times as much waterproofing member band for twice the price of the 33' roll. Now I have more than enough. Which is the way I'd rather have it. Also, good buy too.
