Look and fan size are as indicated in description. Vibration level and noise level are very low for my particular application where cooling isn’t necessary but air movement is. Definitely recommend.

Great fan. I installed this fan inside the amplifier case with dual mono ICEpower 700AS1 modules to reduce the heat. Without the fan, these modules were very hot, about 70 degrees Celsius! Now, with the fan installed, the temperature inside the case is about 40 degrees. I chose the output voltage of 5V, which provides enough power to spin the fan without much noise.

I initially liked this product and used it under my router, which kept the device cool. I was impressed enough to order a dust shield and another unit for my modem. However, I've now downgraded my rating to 4 stars due to some issues: the bearing produces noise, and the wire is not securely attached to the fan, causing it to hang loose. I had to use hot glue to secure it properly. Consequently, I plan to purchase a fluid dynamic bearing fan instead, as they are almost silent at night and have greater longevity.

I originally bought the 120 mm dual fans from same seller but those didn’t have the power I thought they would. I need a certain amount of air flow for a refrigeration evap coil. So I ordered a pair of the 140mm ones and wow! night and day for being so close in size. A single 140mm fan has the same power in wattage as the combined dual 120’s and feels so much stronger. So I get a true 12 watts of power with a pair of the 140’s. The blades are bigger and the motor inside is noticeably larger as well. Just what I needed. The turntable knob for fan speed is a really nice feature. i have to use them on full blast all the time so hopefully they stand the test of time. Really good product five stars

This is a nice little fan. I use it to cool a laptop when it's connected to a dock. The laptop is "tented" over the fan, which is configured to provide upward air movement. The controller can be used to set the fan speed. At the lowest fan speed setting, the fan is nearly silent. In an office environment, it would not be heard above the normal background sounds of the office environment.

I was using a 195cpm 4” exhaust fan for a 3x3 grow tent, which caused too much negative pressure and lower the humidity drastically. This mini fan helps regulate both and has the potential to reach an air exchange rate similar to my exhaust fan if needed. Happy so far, but we will see what happens later in flower

Bought this for a radio base station which has a tendency to run a tad warm on 45 watts output. Added the fan on top and it keeps cool air flowing through the vents of the radio and power supply. It takes a minute or two to add the upper and lower screen and the rubber feet. The speed control is a great addition to both change the speed of the fan up and down which ties into the fans noise. I run the fan at a little less than halfway (low noise) but turn it up for long transmission times (loudest). It appears to work great keeping the radio components cool. It does not move from its position sitting on the rubber feet on top of the radio cabinet. The radio is just beneath the top which is vented. The power supply has its own fan on the bottom of the cabinet. The radio is a Kenwood TK-8360hu-k and the cabinet is a Samlex SEC-1223-TK3 (23 amp) with a Kenwood KMC-35 IP55 microphone. I would buy this again for another radio. Note: on high speed, the fan noise isn't all that loud and it does provide a comfortable cool breeze around the cabinet as well.

I have this set up in front of a mist fogger to circulate the humidity in a grow tent for mycology experiments and growing cactus and vegetables. I have the fan and the fogger connected to an Inkbird humidity controller. Bam. There it is, it completes the system. The noise is barely noticeable outside the tent, but of course if you set it on high speed it makes a bit more noise. But overall I am happy with how quiet it is, and the fan speed controller is fantastic also. I also love that the fan and controller connect with a plug, so if either of them go bad, you can easily replace with no wiring necessary. 2 months so far and still working great. That's what you needed to know, right? Happy growing! Helpful?
