For those who currently have an 8' version of this board, this 7' is the perfect step down to something that is slightly more aggressive in handling and speed. I choose this board time and time again.

A decent board which is excellent for the cost. Easy to put the fins on.Looks great and my adult son, who had minimal surfing experience, has used it often and been able to stand (for a bit!) from the start. Good size, light, and easy to transport on the top of the car.Overall an excellent beginner board.

I bought this 7ft foam top surfboard as a gift for my 10 year old daughter who has never surfed before. It is constructed well and is of great value for the money. The colors are vibrant and easily recognizable when she is out in the surf. She is 5ft tall and this is the perfect size for her. Ive used the board and I'm 6ft and weigh 180lbs and it's perfect for me as well. We will be ordering another.

I’ve surfed a few times here and there but never purchased a board until this one. This is a great way to see if crashing into waves is your thing for an extended period of time. I’ve been able to catch a few 4’- 6’ in Sebastian, Florida and have learned a few tricks. Great until you get the basics after a few trips. I will upgrade to something better soon but it’s worth the inexpensive purchase to get in a few trips without renting, and great for lending out to other beginners. Foam makes for safe bails but fin connecters sometimes scrap knee. And you will rash so wear something that bet your legs and chest

I bought this in the UK. It took a few months to get back in stock and then be delivered, but it’s worth the wait.Wavestorms are very easy to learn on, and generally very tough boards. This fits in my car (Volkswagen UP) so it’s transportable too. Overall a great purchase, would buy it again tomorrow!

I started surfing a year ago on an 8ft Wavestorm, but decided to make the switch to the 7ft. Bring about 130lbs, the 7ft hits a better spot for me in terms of length and volume, while also offering a bit more maneuverability than the 8ft. While I can feel the difference between this board and a 7ft fiberglass performance board, the price point of this board makes up for it. My board came in perfect condition, all parts fit nicely and stayed in place, no complaints.

This is our second purchase of a wavestorm surfboard. I have taught my 11-year old to surf on these and they are buoyant enough that they can stand with ease. It is fun for adults as well because you don't need a ton of balance to stabilize it to be able to learn the basics of surfing. Will likely buy a 3rd one at some point soon. Only one issue is to make sure you wear a rash guard or shirt cause your belly will get chafed... almost all the anti-slip soft tops are like that, but it's not a huge deal.
