Garage door would not close without the security sensor but they were not cheap to replace but they did do the job

The sensors came on time . Since I ordered a set for my first garage door it was easier to do the second one. The only mistake I made was who I ordered if from the first time . I now remember I ordered the first set from Wayne Dalton web site and they were on sale and were $20 cheaper with free shipping! OH well but the sensors work fine and now more worries about the wireless sensors that seemed to suck the life out of double A batteries and you never knew when you would press the button to lower the garage door and walked away only to find out later but a neighbor calling to tell you your garage door is open! ugh!

Easy to install, works as advertised. Took off one star since there isn't anything to protect these from rolling trash bins in and out of the garage so I have to take extra care not to run them over. Planning on making a beefy bracket out of steel stock to protect the sensors from impacts.

Worked excellent. No issues other than it doesn't have a screw hole in the sensor to mount on old existing bracket but is snug enough to keep from bracket from moving.
