Always get tired walking and holding an umbrella. Thought this was worth a shot. This take a little bit to get it adjusted, probably easier with 2 people. Once it's on away you go and almost as if you don't have an umbrella. Would recommend for use during walks outside for exercise, not for going from a car to a store.

Viel zu klein für ein normalen Europäer. Ist wahrscheinlich nur für sehr kleine Menschen oder für Kinder oder für Superschlanke Models geeignet.

This is the poorest quality item I've ever purchased on Amazon. The umbrella doesn't stay in the tiny clip. The only reason I kept it is because I have been able to use Velcro and Amazon bubble envelopes to make it work for me. Plus it took over 2 weeks to arrive.

I wasnt sure how it worked either. But I figured it out.1. Without undoing the tie around the umbrella, push the umbrellas button2. Place bar part of umbrella (as shown) inside the clamp thing3. put the umbrella holder on and make all necessary adjustments.4. NOW undo the umbrella tie and it will open right up and you got an umbrella holder.(dont try to push the button while the holders already on your back or you may pull a muscle in your arm.)

There's going to be no ability to adjust your visibility range. Also it's a little off center like maybe build an umbrella that's designed from the ground up with being carried in this fashion and in bed the shoulder straps into that umbrella as well. Don't just make it universal. That is a good idea but it just failed. I'm much more likely to get one of those ridiculous ones that go on top of your head now because at least that will be centered around me.

The straps won't work for it to work. End of story

Something that could have been designed so simply is instead poor quality and cumbersome to use. I'll probably make my own, and this item is overpriced for what it is. Not recommended.

I had such strong hopes, but nope. The umbrella flops around over your head because there is no anchoring to the body at the umbrella handle.I removed the strapping and attached it to a construction harness shoulder strap that has weight hanging at the bottom and it works great for my needs. To clarify, my dog is a leash puller and I have shoulder issues so his leash is attached to the construction harness belt for our walks. We walk 3mi a day rain or shine. That is how I can to search for an umbrella holder. This products primary parts work great for my needs, but as a stand alone product it needs further development. I’d consider adding a 2” rib cage strap of ELASTIC to the design along with a way to anchor the umbrella handle to the blue pvc if this was my creation. The strapping it comes with isn’t forgiving and is uncomfortable to have tight around one’s chest, and without the handle anchored, even the slightest wind will flop your umbrella from side to side, so I can’t imagine this would be much help for field work as advertised, especially since if you’re hunched over at all the umbrella becomes worthless as it doesn’t cover you.Great concept, needs work, and as stated, using the parts, my needs were met.
