I love this belt. Its stiff, to hold your EDC loadout, but light weight. The buckle feels like it is a polymer of some sort, so the belt might be metal detector friendly. They don't call this out in their description, so your mileage might vary. And its made in the USA!A couple of things to be aware of:1. it really does only have about 4 inches of adjustability. Its ok if you order the wrong size, they provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns.2. It fits just fine in normal jean belt loops, but is a pain to thread the buckle through. Their support site recomments removing the buckle (easily done) to thread the belt through the belt loops. The one drawback to this method is that you lost your adjustment.

Highly recommend. Got the belt and have worn it for 3-4 days. I have WTP holsters that I have put through their paces so I was not shocked to see how sturdy this belt is. It is definitely now my go to belt if I am carrying. Once the belt is on it stays put and provides a solid platform for your rig. Works great for iwb carry or owb carry with a paddle holster. I followed the sizing guide and got a perfect fit. It takes a few extra seconds to put through your belt loops and get set up. Similar to a rigger belt if you have ever worn one. But once you get the hang of it, it's not difficult. If you read the product description, sizing information, and watch the how to video, you can make an informed purchase.

the belt us hard to put on you need to remove the buckle when you want to take it off, also the wrong size was sent I ordered an XL and an XXL was sent

First day wearing it. Love it. They are right, it's basically your waist size, I'm a 49, I got the 48-52, and it seems a smidge too big, but with my holster it seems fine... idk. What I'm not pleased about is seeing a deal on the website for this one literally right after I bought it. That would have been epic.

You better have massive belt loops and a holster that can clip onto a half inch thick belt. Oh yeah, and you will need to carry your life defending tool supported by a couple inches of a small narrow velcro strip that is unwisely located right where a holster would need to mount. The 'mag pouch' is nothing but a strechy loop with velcro that may or may not hold your mag all day. Mine did not.
