Ordered this for a 2017 Toyota Rav4.Very expensive. The hardware that came with it was cheap and very difficult to have it actually lock into place. I had to go find longer screws myself.Once installed, it didn't seem right to me. The deflector looks too long and both ends stick out too much. I have provided a picture to illustrate how ugly it looks to me.Thinking about cutting the ends short somehow (if it can be done safely without damaging the deflector) or just uninstalling the deflector all together.I'm pretty sure I can't get a refund anymore since it has been over a month's time between receiving it and me actually installing it. A waste of money...

Good news - this is a well made hood deflector.Bad news - The single piece of packaging tape that was supposed to secure the carton broke (presumably in transit) and the carton arrived with one end wide open. Not a good look for a quality item. Fortunately nothing appeared to be missing from the carton. Also, the plastic connector pieces are a bit finicky and hard to hold on to. I lost two in the installation process. Perhaps WeatherTech would include an extra one or two as well as investing in better tape to secure their cartons.

The shield looks and fits great, only problem mine did not come with the plastic rivets, had to go to Home Depot and get some plastic rivets to install it. Again on my 2018 RAV4 looks and fits perfectly.To add to this review for those of you who are wondering how will it stand going through an automatic car wash, well i wash my car every week and so far so good. No damage so far.

Easy to install. Dropped a pin and lost it was able to get a comparable pin at auto parts store. It would be nice if the putt an extra pin or 2 in the package for clumsy fat finger edges people, but that's a me problem not a them problem. Looks good and seems to function as intended

I purchased the deflector for a 2014 RAV4. I have many other Weather Tech products installed on this vehicle and am happy with all of them. The deflector is attractive and fits well. The mounting equipment, on the other hand, is completely worthless. The plastic friction fasteners are both too short and too narrow to fit into the mounting holes, the simply fall out. I had to concoct an alternate mounting scheme to make it work.

The mounting screws provided are useless. They popped out before the last one was installed. I had to go to my local mechanic to get this installed. This should have been an easy job. When I called the company, they only offered a new package of the same screws. Weather tech is a great name, these mounting screws will only tarnish that reputation. I will review this product for durability after a period of time elapses. The product will likely be fine, the mounting screws, not so much.
