Very nice rich brown soft leather headstall. I chose this headstall because my horse has a small head and most horse sizes are too large, and pony is too small. I punched a couple extra holes and had my local tack store cut the excess leather off the cheeks so it would not hand down past the sides of my bit. The color is a little more red brown than the picture shows, but it’s very nice quality. The buckle is pretty and does not look or feel cheap. Very happy with this purchase.
