This rope doesn’t have any ‘feel’ . It is mostly hollow in the center which makes it fairly flat. I’ve only had it a week but I don’t love this lead. I bought it because cheaper leads often get stiff after awhile and don’t hold a quick tie correctly. There are better leads out there spend the money; it’s horses after all!
