About Weaver
Founded by Harry A. Weaver in 1973 as the Fryburg Shoe Shop, Weaver grew from humble beginnings into the trusted manufacturer of a wide range of leather and nylon goods it is today. In the beginning, Harry concentrated on shoe repair, but before long he recognized the potential to expand into other markets. The fledgling company began handcrafting leather horse and cattle halters. The popularity of these halters led to the manufacture of more and more items prompting Weaver to become a driving force across various industries including equine, livestock, leather supply, pet, arborist, tool gear and custom manufacturing.

I was shocked at the heavy duty leather and superior quality of this item. I hope it fits my horse nicely I have not tried it on yet. Only thing is I wish it was a bit narrower of strap up the shoulder … it’s really overkill for anybody but a serious calf roper. I have a pretty stout big shouldered mare so hopefully it suits her. This pulling collar will definitely outlast me on this earth! Haha!It is built to be passed down from one ranch generation to the next. I am just a trail rider so it is definitely overkill. I may have to drag some calves to the fire just to justify having this beautiful piece of equipment!Can you consider making just a bit lighter weight one than this for the people who don’t quite need this pro rodeo level one?

Well it’s a great collar except I’m missing the leather detachable piece that conects to the cinch.

Love this pulling collar. The image on amazon doesn't do it justice. Very high quality, tooled silver, smooth and thick leather. I love it, best quality for the best price.
