I read.some of the reviews saying this product was too small, too cheap, etc. This halter is great! I have 2 boys that are just shy of 2 years old. I've had them for 3 months. They've never been handled. We were able to get them roped and get the halters on. They held perfectly while we worked on leading them around. And prior to leading them, they fought like any pet might do when they get haltered for the first time. So since they survived the fight and held, there's no reason to not get these.

I want to return the item. In no way is this an Alpaca size halter! It barely fits my goat and medium size dog. False advertising.

Ordered this one thinking surely it would fit my alpacas because it's a large. Nope. Same exact measurements of my previous order even though it's listed differently. Needs at least 3 inches to be able to close the buckle.

I have a miniature llama and this halter runs small. He usually takes a medium and the large in this halter is snug in the last notch. It is a very nice quality halter.

Fits our adult alpacas well. I don't use the halters much, but I pulled them out this spring for shearing time. No problems.

halter is of good quality, but either I have unusually large alpacas or this sizes small. I ordered a regular for my small alpaca and a large for my big guy. The large halter fit my small one and the regular was too small for either.
